For 25 years, Sharon Parker successfully sold high-tech products and services for companies like Motorola, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Rockwell Automation. Her success in a field that challenges the rest of us is based in her core philosophy:

“Sales is an honorable profession that creates value for all when done with empathy for the customer and a firm commitment to principles.”

As an author, speaker and trainer she has carried this message to sales people across the nation. Her book, Selling with Soul: Achieving Career Success without Sacrificing Personal and Spiritual Growth, Version 2.0, expands on her philosophy to counter many of the negative notions of selling. She donates 100% of the book’s profits to educational scholarships.

She is a 2012-13 recipient of the Woman of the Year award from the National Association of Professional Women (see photo)

In 2004, she launched The Sparker Company to provide her sales expertise through a variety of roles:

Parker holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and has taught graduate school courses in fundamentals of marketing, sales and marketing management, and managing cultural diversity.

Publication credits include articles in Selling Power, Electrical Wholesaling, Assembly, Writers’ Digest, and Elephant Journal, and has been interviewed for the audio magazine, Selling Power Live.
