For those entrenched in the traditional sales model, this book may take several readings to comprehend the differences and begin to overlay a new (emotional) understanding with the familiarity of old, albeit often emotionally-stressed, steps. Most will not ‘get it’ and only those committed to learning it may see and experience its wisdom.
