Our program, Leading your Sales Group to Excellence, offers six 90 minute content-rich coaching sessions over a period of 6-8 weeks for a group of 6-10 people.

What will I get from this program?
- You will learn updated sales skills and knowledge based on today’s business-to-business climate. Content will be delivered by Sharon Parker, an experienced and dynamic sales leader and coach with 25 years experience in sales and leadership.
- You will learn coaching skills for communicating with your sales team to help them achieve high performance.
- You will have the benefit of sharing your challenges and concerns with a peer group consisting of experienced sales managers and team leaders and receiving feedback.
- You will be able to shape the agenda of each session during the check-in portion of the meeting to ensure it meets your needs.
- You will also receive a 30-minute one-on-one coaching session on a topic of their choice.
- You will receive a reference list in addition to the material presented.
Who is the group for?
Sales managers or team leaders who are charged with improving the performance of their sales teams.
What is the group about?
The market is changing and it affects the buying process. This group is for sales professionals who want to better understand their customer’s buying process, sharpen their selling knowledge, and, most importantly, help their sales team to improve their performance, achieve higher revenues, and be their personal best.
What is the format for the coaching sessions?
- The class is taught in 6 sessions by webinar, each 90 minutes long. Classes are scheduled when there are eight people on the waiting list.
- Each session will begin with a check-in followed by 30 minutes of content on different aspects of the market and buying process today and their impact on selling success. Some of the topics included are the effect of the internet on the buying cycle, competing on value rather than price, providing recognition and reinforcement to your team, and more.
- The remaining 60 minutes will be interactive with the group members each receiving “floor” time to be coached on their current concerns or issues.
How big will the group be?
The group will be limited to 8-10 participants. All materials needed for participation will be provided. In addition to the 6 group sessions, each participant will receive one individual 30-minute coaching session with the facilitator.
How much will the program cost?
Participation in the 6 session program is offered at $595 including materials.
How will the sessions be delivered?
The sessions will be conducted as webinars and will also offer a dial-in conference call number for people who can’t be at their computer. How do I sign up for this program?
